About us

It was established in March 2018 by Hideo Iuchi, the former chairman of AS ONE Corporation (TSE 7476), and his wife Misako, as a foundation to provide scholarships for international students with the aim of developing human resources who will serve as a bridge between Myanmar and Japan. From 2021, we have decided to expand the target countries to ASEAN countries and provide scholarships for international students. The characteristic of this foundation scholarship project is that it supports not only financial support in Japan but also academics and life for those who have excellent grades and personality and have a strong desire to study at Japanese universities and graduate schools.

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to support international students from ASEAN countries, develop human resources who contribute to the development of ASEAN countries, friendship and goodwill with Japan, and contribute to the promotion of mutual understanding.
